Madhya Pradesh DISCOMs filed its petition (MPERC Case No. 140/2025) for approval of ARR and tariff for FY 2026-27 as part of the annual tariff regulatory process in line with the 2021 Multi-Year Tariff regulations. Prayas (Energy Group)’s comments and suggestions in Case No. 140/2025 focusses on aspects related to cost-reflective tariffs and timely cost recovery for DISCOMs while ensuring accountability for DISCOMs performance and evidence-based assessments of performance projections.
