In compliance with Ministry of Power’s Electricity (Promoting Renewable Energy Through Green Energy Open Access) Rules, 2022, POSOCO has issued draft Procedure for Grant of Green Open Access.

The brief document provides details of the registration and processing for green open access and also details the roles and responsibilities of various entities. Prayas (Energy Group)'s comments focus on the formats, data submissions and towards clarifications on the mandate of the Central Nodal Agency and scope of the centralised portal for processing green open access applications.
