DISCOMs in Uttar Pradesh have filed petitions for true-up for FY 2020-21, Annual Performance Review (APR) for FY 2021-22 and for determination of Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) and tariff for FY 2022-23 before the UPERC. With reference to this, the Commission has issued a public notice dated 22.04.2022 in the matter, seeking comments and suggestions from the public.

The submission focuses on the financial and operational performance of the DISCOMs including metering and billing audit, smart metering framework and redesigning ToD tariff in the state.
