We conducted a webinar explaining a new and innovative approach towards the use of solar power for meeting Indian agriculture electricity needs. Solar agriculture feeders is a new approach being undertaken by Maharashtra under its Chief Minister’s Solar Agriculture Feeder Policy (Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana). The webinar presented the details of the policy and regulatory framework for solar feeders and explain its various potential advantages. It will also gave the latest update on the implementation status of this policy in Maharashtra.
